Martin will lead a run over May 5-6,  2018 to the Mendocino National Forest.

Meet 08:30 at Pleasant Valley Park and Ride (HWY 20 near Lake Wildwood turnoff), or 10:00 in downtown Williams.  We will proceed from Williams up through Ladoga/Sites, past Indian Valley Reservoir and eventually make our way to the Bear Creek Campground for the night.

This trip is a good way to start off the season.  Things are still green and we have a small campground to camp in.  Quite a bit of driving and usually some good wildflowers.  We go through the area of the  proposed Sites Reservoir, past Indian Valley Reservoir (lunch here and maybe kit flying again), over Goat Mountain and work our way to Bear Creek Campground.

You need to be planning now as there won’t be much time after the next meeting.
