From Gordon:

We met at the school house off Emigrant Gap at 8am. We drove 9 miles on pavement down Texas Hill to the Y where we aired down. We continued on Texas Hill to Big Valley Bluff which is where we started seeing snow at about 6,200 ft elevation. We continued on Texas Hill making a left onto a side road with about a foot of snow at approx 6,800 ft elevation. As we were heading back to Texas Hill I saw a road that had not been driven on so of course we had to check it out. After moving a tree off the trail we continued on until we could go no further. This ended up being Mears Meadow Spur. Back on Texas Hill we headed down towards the lake making a right onto Huysink taking it pass Sugar Pine Point at 6,200 ft elevation stopping for lunch. After lunch we continued on until we ran out of road. Turning around we came down the hill stopping at the boat ramp to air up. Overall it was an awesome day with enough snow to call it a snow run.
