It was a good wander. Starting up Black Mountain from Onion Valley. We had to pull three trees out of the way. Good thing Jeff had a saw to help with the branches. The road was quickly cleared and we proceeded to the summit to take in the view of Emigrant Gap and Giant Gap. Back down the hill and out to Big Valley Bluff for lunch. Lunch was leisurely with lots of conversation. Finally, we headed out via Lake Valley Reservoir. The reservoir area was busy.
