Fall Colors Run w/Chili Cookoff
Meet at the McDonalds (back parking lot) in Colfax at 9 AM
Brian is the leader. Let him (or the club email) know if you are coming and what you'll bring for the cookoff (chili, or other). We've got 13 families signed up so far (10/13/2025) so should be a good time.
From Brian:
We will be heading to Emigrant Gap from Micky D's making a right off the freeway then LEFT onto Laing Rd to the dead end which is where we will air down. We will head up Sailor Point, stopping at the lookout then onto SR 19 where we will then turn left heading towards Black Mountain. We will have lunch at the top of Black Mountain enjoying the awesome view from there. For those of you that have never been in the area we can take a side trail at Onion Valley to Twin Lakes on our way out.
